Products
Our products are intended for legal tobacco use only. We make no claims regarding use for illegal substances.
Pricing & Availability
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Product availability may be limited and subject to change.
Billing & Payment
- By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method immediately.
- Subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month unless canceled before the billing date.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of service.
Shipping
- First orders ship within 1ā2 business days.
- Recurring subscriptions ship within the first 1ā2 business days of each month.
- We currently ship only within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to product nature, all sales are final.
- Damaged glass items are covered under our broken-glass guarantee (replacement provided upon proof).
Cancellations
- You may cancel subscriptions anytime through your customer portal.
- To avoid renewal, cancel before the 1st of the month.
Limitation of Liability
Cloud Crate Club is not liable for any damages or misuse of products. All products are intended for legal use only.
