Shipping Policy


  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Subscription Orders: First-time subscribers and one-time buyers receive the current month’s crate within 1–2 business days of ordering. Ongoing subscribers are billed on the 1st of each month and crates are shipped within the first 1–2 business days of that month.
  • Shipping Rates: Economy shipping (2–5 business days) is included free of charge for all U.S. orders. Express shipping (1–3 business days) is available for an additional $5 at checkout.
  • Shipping Area: Currently, we ship only within the United States.



Damaged or Broken Items

We include a broken-glass guarantee. If your glass item arrives damaged, please email support@cloudcrateclub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace the broken item at no cost to you.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once a crate has been shipped. All sales are considered final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a replacement under our broken-glass guarantee.


Cancellations


  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your customer portal.
  • To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel before the 1st of the month. Once billing is processed, the order will be fulfilled and cannot be refunded.



Age Requirement

Cloud Crate Club products are intended for adults 18+ (21+ where required by law). By purchasing, you confirm that you meet your state’s legal age requirements.
